Give Seville a neighbourhood rhythm: a historic-centre morning, a riverside evening and time to notice its courtyards. Reserve your main visit, then leave the rest of the day open.
A three-day outline
Start with a short historic-centre walk close to your accommodation. Give the cathedral or palace visit you most want a dedicated morning, checking the correct official admission first. Leave a separate day for the river and Triana rather than crossing the city repeatedly.
Choose your dates
Compare spring and autumn stays with hotter summer dates, allowing shade and rest on outdoor-heavy days. A festival week has a different atmosphere and accommodation market from an ordinary midweek break. Verify the programme for the exact edition before committing.
Look at the whole bill
Balance a central room against transport and evening walking distances. A lower headline price can be outweighed by repeated transfers. For a flamenco performance, compare the venue, show duration and whether drinks or a meal are included.
Book thoughtfully
Check timed entry and accessibility directly with historic venues. Leave a comfortable margin between admissions. Public squares and neighbourhood walks deserve time too; three major ticketed sights in one day can leave little room for the city itself.
